Sudowrite is a writing assistant powered by artificial intelligence, which has been designed for use by creative writers. For instance, the 'First Draft' feature allows users to enter a basic description of their story, and Sudowrite will create the first 1,000 words. Alternatively, the 'Write' feature analyzes the user's writing and generates more content, keeping the same style and tone.

A 'Rewrite' feature will take existing text and rewrite it, with improvements where possible. The AI is not completely flawless, however. There is also a small risk of duplicate content, but only in specific circumstances. For instance, if a user enters text from a well-known book, the AI may expand upon this with more text from that same book.
